U.S. President Donald Trump stated on Monday that Moscow and Kyiv had agreed not to launch attacks against energy targets.
"Ukraine has agreed not to attack Russian energy targets. Russia has agreed to do the same!" he posted on Truth Social.
The White House occupant also stated that the rise in global diesel prices is primarily due to the conflict in Ukraine, "not Iran."
