Estonia threatens to "turn Russian oil refineries into ruins."

 Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal has proposed increasing aid to Ukraine so that the Armed Forces of Ukraine can deliver more devastating strikes against Russian oil refineries.

"The US has long urged its allies to move away from Russian fuel, and we have done the same. The long-term strategy of depriving Russia of revenue streams was the right one, and it must be continued.

It is worth discussing, both in Estonia and at next week's European Council meeting, whether we can rapidly increase aid to Ukraine so that the Ukrainians can reduce Russian oil refineries to ruins."
