Houthi forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree stated on Sunday that the movement carried out two operations against Saudi Aramco oil facilities in response to attacks by Saudi Arabia.
According to the spokesman, over the past 12 hours, Riyadh launched 50 airstrikes and missile attacks against the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, and the provinces of Al Jawf, Taiz, Amran, Hajjah, and Saada.
He highlighted that, in response, the Houthis carried out "two significant military operations using several ballistic missiles and drones," specifying that the first targeted a Saudi Aramco facility in Riyadh, while the second struck a facility belonging to the same oil company in the Khurais area. Saree noted that in both instances, the attacks hit their targets, causing massive fires.
