Zelenskyy offered a 100-day halt to attacks on Russian refineries in exchange for an expansion 300 km inside Russia of the Starlink coverage zone — WSJ

 Kyiv is prepared to temporarily refrain from attacks on Russian oil refineries if the U.S. expands the Starlink coverage zone available to Ukraine, reports The Wall Street Journal.

Zelenskyy’s primary condition: Starlink must function an additional 300 kilometers deep into Russian territory.

 In exchange, Ukraine is offering a 100-day moratorium on strikes against refineries.
