In the town of Manjimup in the country's west, drivers receive a $14 voucher for passing a breathalyzer test. Plans are in place to distribute 100 such certificates by the end of the month, ABC News reports.
The program is funded by a local alcohol and drug support service and coincides with the football finals season.
